What it Comes With

All materials

We source all of the materials and have them sent to a central point for shipping to Costa Rica. Contact us for a material spec sheet.

Shipping & Logistics

We coordinate all of the shipping, customs, & duties required to bring the materials to Costa Rica. Then our team ships them to Nosara and delivers them to your building site.

Construction

We have personally chosen the top contractors in the region to build your home. The price includes construction.

The only portion not included is the preparation of your site (engineering, site work, permitting, etc). Your choice of building site will determine that cost, which we can provide once you’ve chosen your lot and home model.
