This all started with an island I bought off Panama’s coast.
It taught me—quickly and the hard way—that tropical environments demand more from buildings. Heavy rains, salt air, humidity, and fierce winds expose every weakness in standard construction.
That’s why I founded Edificio Builders: to build homes that last in this environment and bring luxury and well-being to the heart of the jungle (because channeling your inner Robinson Crusoe shouldn’t mean giving up life’s finer things).

As co-founder of La Paz Development, I’ve explored most of the coastline from Nicaragua to Ecuador.
